PeopleTools Install Guide
Below is a simple workflow in which peoplesoft needs to be installed. I have broken the install to four sections: Peoplesoft Environment Prep Work, PeopleSoft Application Install, PeopleSoft Seed Database Install, and Peoplesoft Application and PIA Install.
- Creating a Virtual Machine
- Installing Oracle Linux Release 5 Update 6 for x86_64 (64 Bit)
- OEL Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel Installation
- Make Your Life Easy! -- editing your PATH
- Make "psoft" Group and New Users
PeopleSoft Application Install:
- Tuxedo Install
- Java JRockit Install
- Weblogic Install
- PeopleTools 8.51 Install
- PeopleSoft HR 9.1
- PeopleSoft Finance 9.1
PeopleSoft Seed Database Install "ORACLE DB":
- Oracle Database Software Install
- Manually Install a PeopleSoft Seed Database
- Setup your PeopleSoft Seed Database with PeopleSoft Objects and Data
